For this fifth session of our series of IRSEM/INALCO webinars devoted to contemporary border issues in Eurasia and entitled « The Importance of the Territorial Margins in the Russian-Chinese Relations : a View from Below»  Steven Parham (University of Bern) & Natalia Ryzhova/Sergei Ivanov (Palaki University) will discuss the importance of the Sino-Russian border dynamics in the relation between Moscow and Beijing.
