The management team is made up of a director, supported by a general secretary who is their backup during their absence, and who is in charge of the administrative management of the institute (in particular of the budget and activity report), as well as a research director, a part-time university professor, in charge of research (in particular of the annual scientific program and scientific validation of publications).
